The Boutwell Early Childhood Center is located at 78 Hollis Street in Groton, Massachusetts, easily accessible from I-495 and Route 119-West. The school building was named after George S. Boutwell, who served as Secretary of the Treasury under President Ulysses S. Grant, the 20th Governor of Massachusetts and the first Commissioner of Internal Revenue under President Abraham Lincoln.

Visiting the Boutwell Early Childhood Center
While visiting the building during normal hours, visitors must report to the office to sign in and get a visitor’s badge. Parking is readily available surrounding the building. All volunteers and chaperones must fill out a CORI form, which can be downloaded below. An approved CORI form must be on file before volunteering or chaperoning.
