Nicole Penchansky is proud to be a part of the World Language Department at Groton Dunstable Regional High School. After receiving her Bachelor’s in Spanish in 2007 and her Masters of Art in Education in 2008 from Quinnipiac University, she decided to pack her bags and move to Spain, where she spent 2.5 wonderful years living in Granada and Huelva teaching English at a local high school and private academy in addition to providing private classes for ages 2 to 65.
Spanish and traveling are strong passions of Ms. Penchansky and she looks forward to being able to share this with her students on a daily basis. She has been to over 30 countries thus far; two of her most memorable trips include a trip with 8 GD students to Nicaragua with Bridges to Community to build a home for a family in need in 2014 and a trip with 32 GD students to Spain to learn more about the language and culture in 2015.
