Greetings to Middle School Families! This was a short week, but as I walked around the buildings, staff and students were very focused. Teachers, that I saw connecting digitally with students at home, were also engaged and making the most of the short week. FYI, the same information is posted weekly on the GDRMS website, under News: https://gdrsd.org/gdrms/news/.

WATER BOTTLE FILLING STATION: DONATIONS REQUESTED!
Due to the safety precautions taken this year, all water fountains in the MS buildings have been turned off. Since we want students and staff to have the ability to fill their water bottles during the day, the PTO would like to purchase two water bottle filling stations, one for each building.
We are asking for donations in order to help us make this purchase! Everyone in both buildings will benefit!
Please share with everyone you know! This is a great benefit for our school, not just for this year but for many years to come.

RE: Grade 7 Physical Exams: Per MA General Law c. 71 and related amendments and regulations (105 CMR 200.000-200.920) and the policy of Groton-Dunstable Regional Schools, all 7th grade students are to have a physical examination by a licensed provider. Acceptable exam dates to satisfy the 7th grade recommendation are from 1/1/2020 to present day. If we do not have a copy of your child’s physical examination that falls within the above time frame please forward a copy to the Health office. Physicals may be scanned and emailed to the nurse, faxed to 978-448-8470, or a copy may be sent in with your child, dropped off at the North Health Office. Pediatricians may also fax forms to the attention of the school nurse at the number listed. I may be reached at (978) 448-6155 Ext. 2180 or by email at pfleming@gdrsd.org if you should have any questions. Thank you for your prompt attention. Nurse Pam Fleming
