The Office of Business & Finance currently staffs 3.5 FTE, the Director of Business & Finance, the Assistant to the Director of Business & Finance, an Accountant, the Accounts Payable Coordinator, and a 0.5 Payroll Specialist. In addition to budget development and maintenance, additional responsibilities include payroll, benefits, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. This year, the Office of Business & Finance took over employee fingerprinting, benefits management, flex spending, unemployment, and worker’s compensation. In addition to these new roles, the office manages and oversees transportation and food services. The Director of Business & Finance also oversees all maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
