The TouchView Interactive Panel provides various benefits beyond the traditional features of whiteboards and projectors. We presently have (68) TouchView (Gen 5) Interactive Panels at Florence Roche Elementary and (12) TouchView (Gen 4) Interactive Panels at Swallow Union Elementary. Additional panels have been included in the budget for upcoming capital improvements. TouchView Interactive Panel features include:

  1. Enhanced Learning Environment: The TouchView Interactive Panels redefine the classroom experience by creating an enriched and interactive atmosphere for educators and students.

  2. Seamless Content Sharing: Groton-Dunstable educators can effortlessly (and wirelessly) display and distribute diverse educational content from their computers to the TouchView Interactive Panels, promoting dynamic engagement and collaborative learning.

  3. Crystal-Clear Display: With an ultra-high-resolution LED display that minimizes glare, even the most minor text and intricate details come to life, ensuring optimal visibility and comprehension for all students.

  4. Multi-Touch Versatility: Instructors gain a powerful tool with multi-touch capabilities that allow them to take control and annotate any application running on their PC, MAC, or Chrome OS directly from the screen. This fosters a more immersive and interactive learning experience. TouchView Interactive Panels have up to 40 points of touch!

  5. Interactive Learning: Beyond the benefits mentioned, interactive touch panels also facilitate:

    • Visual Learning: Visual aids and interactive elements help reinforce lessons and make complex topics more accessible to young learners.

    • Digital Resources: Access to a wealth of digital resources, including educational apps and online content, expands the teaching toolkit.

    • Active Participation: Encourage students to participate actively in lessons through touch-based activities and interactive quizzes.

    • Customized Learning: Tailor lessons to individual learning styles and pace, accommodating diverse student needs.

  6. Future-Ready Education: Embracing interactive technology prepares students for a digital future, equipping them with essential skills for the modern world.
