Groton-Dunstable Regional High School students are making waves in the art world! From prestigious state and national competitions to regional exhibits, our talented artists have received significant recognition for their incredible work.
Abby Buchholz (’25) has earned a Scholastic Art Awards Gold Key for her digital piece Pizza (featured picture), putting her in contention for a national medal (to be announced next week). Her piece Monster Can also received a Scholastic Silver Key and was named Best in Show for Digital & Graphic Design in the Massachusetts Amazing Emerging Artists Recognitions Juried Exhibit—a top honor awarded by the Massachusetts Art Education Association.
Hannah Egan (’25) has been selected as the Massachusetts 12th Grade President’s Choice Award winner in the 2025 Massachusetts Youth Art Month Exhibit for her painting Tightrope. This rare distinction means Hannah will represent Massachusetts as the 12th-grade artist at the National Art Education Association Conference in Kentucky this weekend.
In addition to these outstanding individual achievements, many of our students have been featured in top exhibitions across the state. Check out the complete list of awards and exhibits below!
